Watercolor Women: Sunny Bunny

Time Spent: About 4 hours.

It’s been a while since I’ve done another watercolor woman. I figured it was that time again. This makes number 7 in the series. I like doing these because they’re minimal in composition and execution. From the linework to the colors. I’m one of those people that have to put something everywhere and with these I know they’ll look better if I don’t. So they become therapeutic in a way.

Time Spent: About 5 hours

I may have outgrown playing with action figures, but I realized I pretty much do the same concept of “playing” except with drawing. I distinctly remember sitting in my grandmother’s living room and having my Power Rangers Megazord battle Hulk Hogan resulting in the loser falling down the stairs. And you could tell it was fantasy because Hogan always put that Megazord over, brother.

Time Spent: About 3 hours. Original vector work and threw in an old watercolor of mine.

Accidentally made her look like the chick that looks like Meryl Streep from Nightmare On Elm Street 2 aka velvet scrunchie from Seinfeld. You know the one. Or not whatever.
