“Float”

“Float” , 10×20, Digital. Time Spent: Around 7 hours.

The layout for this came in a daydream driving home from work one afternoon.  I’m calling it “Float” because I imagine all the bodies weightlessly moving as if they were underwater. They’re all supposed to be the same woman mind you. There’s no strong meaning behind it.  It’s honestly up to the viewer to make their own conclusions, if any.

You can purchase a print of it if you’d like. I’m also selling a canvas of it through my instagram.

I’ve been creatively drained for the past month.  But all for the right reasons. I finally found myself drawing yesterday yet I simply wasn’t feeling it. But I stuck it out and turned a subpar drawing into a little looping animation. Throwing some glow and grain to give it an Aeon Flux/Akira feel and this is where I ended up.
