It contains 26 DJ strips (as well as some original artwork) coming together for a nice 50+ pages printed in classic black and white. With purchase, you’ll also get a free Dinosaur Jones trading card! I really strive for this to maintain an “underground” aesthetic. Something you’d get shoved in your face outside of a hotel ballroom comic convention circa 1998.
It pretty much turned out how I wanted it to. And I had a blast doing it. Dinosaur Jones will continue. This zine isn’t some sort of “conclusion” or anything like that. It’s just a way to get all the previous comics wrangled up in a neat physical form. This is the first full length physical comic book I’ve done in nearly 13 years( and the third comic “issue” in total). I truly enjoy the aspect of “zines” and their weird culture.
It’s a fresh yet familiar way to present your creativity that really embraces straying from the beaten path. I’ll definitely be making some more in the future.
