I don’t know if it’s simply the Halloween season or what, but I can’t help adding some skeletal anatomy into whatever I’m drawing! But as long as it turns out for the best I can’t complain. I already submitted my selected work for an upcoming Star Wars art show. I’m kinda bummed I can’t add this piece I drew this morning. But a deadline’s a deadline. Have a great weekend.
And I finished what I started.
Boy this cramped my hand. How am I supposed to force choke people now? Had a great time drawing this. So much hatching, shading, highlighting by god. This would be a great comic cover perhaps.
I tried to step my game up today with not so great results. I didn’t quite like how this turned out. I’ve been wanted to draw Luke Skywalker for months but I was afraid because Mark Hamill just has a hard likeness to capture. And the same goes for Carrie Fisher. But the Force was with me and I finished the drawing (though I struggled a bit). All in all though I’m proud of it.
That about does it. Gonna take some time off from drawing (but not too long I assure you).
