Sketch Dump: Samurai Guy

Time Spent: About 4 hours.

I’ve been creatively empty the past few weeks but I had to draw something.  I’ve been sketching a lot of punk-ish cyborg girls and figured I’d head that direction yet again but it turned into this guy. I’ve been experimenting with negative space and I’ve been describing my color pallet as “Icees”. I like this guy. But I don’t love him. Movin’ forward.

Not Dead, Just Tired

About 5 hours from sketch to finish. I don’t say “completion” because I never feel I complete drawings, I just want to stop. 

Work’s been busy. Therefore my personal art has been nearly abandoned. But I am looking on changing that of course. If you don’t use it you lose it after all.
